This privacy policy explains how G4S Secure Services (CZ), a.s. processes and protects your personal data. G4S also processes your data in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic, including Act No. 110/2019 Coll., On the processing of personal data and the EU Regulation on Personal Data Protection No. 2016/679 ("GDPR") on data protection, Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018 and the EU Data Protection Regulation, (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

retains the information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contract you have entered into with us. However, G4S may retain information for a shorter or longer period of time if required by law.
