All of the G4S services come together in one place – the G4S National Control Centre (NCC) situated in Centurion.
The NCC uses innovative software to manage, monitor, process and react to all data in real time. These systems include guard monitoring; CCTV viewing; alarm monitoring and response, event-driven incidents and vehicle tracking and fleet management. A centralised control room also promotes the gathering, analysis and dissemination of valuable intelligence.
G4S Secure Monitoring and Response team is supported by a national network of professional reaction officers who provide rapid mobile patrol and response services. Our response teams are screened and undergo specialised training to provide a range of mobile patrol and response services as well as tactical support to our customers and staff.
Use our patrol and response services out of hours to supplement your existing manned security cover. G4S's officers can make regular, random patrols across your sites - if an intrusion is detected, our security personnel will address the situation and take ownership, notifying keyholders and/or the emergency services as necessary.
We have security officers and Tactical Support Units throughout South Africa ready to respond in the event of an alarm activation or incident notification via our National Control Centre.
