Securing our People
In 2013, the Company successfully achieved the certification of its Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System against the requirements of the Safe to Work (STOW) program for high-risk operations. The STOW program is an initiative of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago, in collaboration with the major oil and gas operators in Trinidad. This accomplishment is consistent with our belief that a focused and active HSE program is crucial to the attainment of a safe workplace. We believe that by adopting a coherent and consistent approach to the identification and elimination of unsafe conditions, we will achieve the goal of a safer and more productive environment for our employees.

Securing our Communities
G4S has well developed relationships with several orphanages in Trinidad and Tobago and we provide much needed support to these institutions, as part of our general outreach program.We encourage our employees to participate in community projects through volunteer initiative and fund-raising activities.
