Cadetship Program Launched to Develop Future Leaders
G4S Indonesia recently kicked off its Cadetship Program from June 4-15, 2024, at Camp Hulu Cai Resort, Ciawi Bogor. The initiative, which brought together 27 participants from diverse backgrounds, aims to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the company.
The Cadetship Program is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills needed to become effective supervisors. Key objectives include enhancing technical and management capabilities, ensuring understanding of the 8 M principles, and promoting workplace safety, and effective communication.
The Cadetship Program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for successful leadership both within G4S and beyond. I am confident that this initiative will significantly contribute to employee development and strengthen our ability to deliver top-notch security services.
Over the course of 12 days, attendees engaged in comprehensive training, including safety induction, company policy insights, military-style education by TNI, and practical exercises like handling demonstrations and a long march to Curug Pangrango.
The program ended with a closing ceremony where participants received certificates of completion, symbolizing their readiness to take on greater responsibilities within the company.
