Around 20 staff of G4S Bahrain participated in the Cherry Tree Trot event at the Bahrain International Circuit on 11th March where more than 1000 people enjoyed a fun-filled day. The event consisted of several races which include 2km for the mentally and physically challenged, 3km walkathon for all, 8km, 5km and 2km race for various age groups.

The Cherry Tree Trot (CTT) is the flagship event of the American Women’s Association (AWA) and is held every two years. The organizers were able to raise BD 22000+ and proceeds will go to 30 local charities. G4S Bahrain once again supported AWA by being one of the Bronze Sponsors and is grateful to be part of this noble cause.

On 13th March at the Movenpick Hotel Bahrain, AWA’s President presented a plaque of appreciation to G4S Bahrain MD Atanu Sanyal and HR Manager Sumaira Yasmin for supporting the CTT event.
