‘One Call’ Emergency Assistance

Our dedicated response service product called One Call provides a 24 hour control room to answer and respond to emergency calls from One Call customers. Members will have the facility of a Mobile Response Supervisor who will be available in case of an accident or breakdown to provide necessary security presence until a member of family or emergency services arrives. If required the member can be driven home to their Bahrain home address. Assistance in Arabic and English languages will be available to assist in dealing with the local authorities.

G4S, Bahrain provides highly trained personnel with marked patrol vehicles to respond for One Call emergency call outs.

Our database includes all members and immediate family member’s details including: - photos, names, passport copies, medical details, emergency contact information, children details, blood types etc.

This response service can also cover alarm monitoring systems where the office security alarm systems of clients are connected to a dedicated G4S number. When an alarm is activated the G4S representative attends the respective site and sends the status report to the client or alerts the emergency services if appropriate.
