Skills and experience: Since joining G4S in 2013, Vinz has held a number of senior executive roles in Europe including as the Managing Director of G4S Netherlands. Vinz brings a wealth of valuable experience and has successfully led the Netherlands business through an initial restructuring and, thereafter, successive years of revenue, profit and cash flow growth.

Prior to joining G4S, Vinz worked in the hospitality service industry in Europe and the USA. Upon returning to Europe, he held a senior executive position at Securitas until he joined G4S.
