Skills and experience: Tim has over 25 years of experience in security with G4S. Currently employed as President Secure Solutions UK & Ireland, Tim has responsibility for the security business in the UK and Ireland and risk management services internationally.

Tim was previously SVP Enterprise Accounts North America and the Chief Operating Officer of G4S Africa Region where he was responsible for driving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance across a highly complex and diverse region.

In the US, Tim worked in close collaboration with a series of strategic US-based global and national customers on their security programmes. Tim was also the President of G4S Nuclear & Regulated Security Solutions in North America, providing specialist services to the US commercial nuclear sector and driving operational improvement.
