Skills and experience: Michael served as vice president of corporate finance at Allied Universal’s global headquarters in Irvine, California. He was responsible for global financial planning and analysis where he focused on developing annual and long-term financial plans; facilitating strategic decisions backed by optimal investment plans; decision support; and setting capital markets philosophy.

His professional past includes positions of increasing responsibility in investment banking with Wells Fargo Securities, and with private equity firm Parallax Capital Partners as well as several private equity controlled private and public companies. Michael graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance.
