Matthew Ingham

Skills and experience: Matthew graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Oxford, and trained and qualified as a Solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland. Prior to joining G4S, he was Lead Commercial Lawyer for Siemens’ Renewable Energy business in the UK & Ireland.

Since joining G4S in 2017, Matthew has held a number of senior positions in the legal function; initially as Regional Legal Counsel to the European Cash Solutions businesses, then as General Counsel for the Global Cash Division. Following the sale of the Cash business to Brink’s in 2020, Matthew moved to the Group legal department and advised on corporate projects, including the acquisition by Allied Universal. Before taking up his current role, Matthew was Regional General Counsel for the UK & Ireland.
