Skills and experience: After working at various UK blue chip companies Fiona joined G4S in 1992 as it was forming its Care & Rehabilitation Services business and played an instrumental role in the start-up and development of the business.

Remaining with this division, she moved to the US to run the US-based companies, taking them to market-leading positions within three years.

She then joined G4S' Americas Region working first in Communications and Corporate Development and subsequently leading our sales and business development for all service lines in 20+ countries, while directly managing the sales organisation in G4S's largest single global business unit, where sales output was doubled in three years.

Most recently Fiona was EVP Sales and Marketing - International where she led a highly regulated global customer portfolio spanning more than 80 countries.
