Our HR standards help us deliver our Employer of Choice strategy, and ensure that our employees are treated fairly and managed well in accordance with relevant legislation and the needs of our business. They are thus reviewed on an annual basis.
Businesses are required to self-assess against the standards on an annual basis using our enterprise risk management system. The system provides a common platform for managing risk and streamlines the process of completing, monitoring and reporting compliance against the standards. The businesses are expected to identify gaps and address areas of underperformance proactively.
The self-assessment is verified in collaboration with the Internal Audit team, who performs checks as part of the in-country audit.
