The company was notified on 30 November by BlackRock, Inc., that as a result of the introduction of new calculation rules on voting rights following the implementation in part of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive (2013/50/EU), as of 26 November 2015, BlackRock, Inc. through a chain of controlled undertakings, held voting rights in the company over 88,726,926 shares or 5.71% of the voting rights in the company's issued share capital.
