The company was notified on 25 September 2012 by BlackRock, Inc that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 70,812,109 ordinary shares. This amounts to 5.02% of the company’s total voting rights.
