G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Mark Seligman, one of its non-executive directors, will become a director of Kingfisher plc with effect from 1 January 2012 and will retire from his role as a senior advisor at Credit Suisse Europe at the end of 2011.

Mr Seligman will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
