G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Thorleif Krarup, one of its non-executive directors, has resigned as a director and chairman of Nutri Pharma ASA, a Norwegian pharmaceutical company listed on the Oslo stock exchange, with effect from 6 April 2010.

Mr Krarup remains a non-executive director of G4S plc.
