The company was notified on 19 March 2010 that the holding of shares in the company registered under the clearance system operated by VP Services A/S in the name of Skagen Stichting Administratiekantoor (“SSA”) has changed.

Other defined terms used in this announcement are:

Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited and Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey Trustees (1997) Limited (together the “Trustees”), acting as the trustees of the trust known as the Skagen 2004 Trust (“the Trust”)
Skagen Limited (“SL”)
Skagen Gamma Limited (“SGL”)

The company has been advised as follows:

The Trustees (as trustees of the Trust) own 100% of the shares in SL, which owns 100% of the shares in SGL.

Each of the Trustees (as trustees of the Trust), SL and SGL now holds indirectly 30,939,961 voting rights in the company (2.19%). Prior to the transaction, which occurred on 17 March 2010, they each held indirectly 171,939,961 voting rights (12.19%).

SSA is therefore now the registered holder of less than 5% of the company’s shares.
