Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, announces the acquisition of Special Events Security Ltd (“SES”), a leading stewarding company in the UK.

Specialising in stewarding and crowd management, SES provides security services for a number of high profile clients. In its last financial year, SES reported turnover of £3.4 million. The acquisition will enable G4S to expand its current events capability.

SES has gross assets of £0.6m.
