G4S Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) – Update to Members 29 October 2020
The Trustee continues to actively engage with GardaWorld to ensure that, if the takeover is completed, the future funding of the Scheme is secure. We are approaching these negotiations independently, supported by our advisers, with the purpose of achieving the best possible outcome for scheme
members and beneficiaries.
We will continue to update you on the progress of these negotiations and if there are any significant updates, we will write to you again to provide you with all of the relevant information.
