Frank is the Managing Director of G4S Secure Solutions (Iraq). Prior to joining G4S in January 2023 he had worked in the security risk management and humanitarian demining sectors for over fourteen years. During this time he held a number of country director positions and spent four years as an executive of a Dubai-based security risk management company. Frank is now in his eighth year of working full time in Iraq.

Prior to joining G4S, Frank supported a leading humanitarian demining organisation as a security adviser in Ukraine during the first year of the war against Russia. Before that he was in Afghanistan delivering a large security programme providing support to the United Nations throughout the country, both before and after the Taliban transition to power. He has experience of working in security related leadership roles in Somalia, Nigeria and elsewhere in sub-Saharan Africa. At the end of the Islamic State conflict, he established and managed a humanitarian demining programme in Iraq for over three years.

A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the British Army Staff College, Frank also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Open University.
