Our training team is comprised of predominantly former Tier 1 United Kingdom Special Forces personnel who have worked in the world’s most austere environments. All have worked to the highest levels during their military careers, been fully vetted and hold security clearances. We have an aim to achieve excellence and our pursuit of that is relentless. For us, client engagement and a collaborative approach is the key to understanding client requirements and providing the best training solutions matched to their needs.

We provide training across a wide offering to meet the requirements of individuals (accredited training and medical courses); corporates, non-governmental and international agencies (risk mitigation); and government, police and military organisations (special projects).

Our special projects training team have taken on a number of projects from a conceptual capability request to reduce the casualties from improvised explosives devices (IEDs), to a fully established programme of record for an overseas Special Forces organisation.

Each of these deliveries has been unique and we are the only overseas company to have been involved in the continuous delivery for over six years of this type of training to a five eyes nation.

Our senior management staff comprises of former UK Special Forces personnel with a vast amount of operational military, training management and commercial security experience. We work closely with a pool of professional SMEs drawn from Military, Law Enforcement and Commercial Technical backgrounds to ensure that we have the right people in the right place to deliver world class training and capacity building solutions. The ability to reach back to our Risk Consulting colleagues to provide holistic Security Risk Mitigation solutions and close collaboration with the wider G4S group resources globally and selected partner organisations completes the team, giving us unrivalled strength and depth.

Our core competencies include the development of Doctrine, Concept of Operations and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) as a foundation for training design in consultation and partnership with our customers. Knowledge and skills transfer is achieved through guided learning, mentoring and coaching methodologies. Robust project management and quality assurance processes ensures capability enhancement and operational success.

Our SME team have completed the Training of over 600 G4S and Ministry of Interior Aviation Security Officers and are providing ongoing consultancy services at Kuwait International Airport as part of a wider Security enhancement programme acknowledged by the UK DfT and US TSA as a major contribution towards the Airport meeting ICAO standards.

The Specialist Training team have also recently supported the Training modernisation programme for the Saudi General Directorate for Public Security’s Special Emergency Force (SEF). We developed comprehensive course material and delivered phased train the trainer programmes of instruction in military subject areas in support of the wider project aims.

Currently our consultants remain fully engaged with the SEF and are leading the development of Military Doctrine, Concept of Operations and SOPs aligned to the Mission Essential Tasks of the organisation. The future implementation phase will see the establishment of a Lessons Learnt & Doctrine Cell within the training department to ensure future training development is driven by operational requirements.
