The event "Establishment of the Platform for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities", organized by Youth with Disabilities Forum, was held on June 25 at the Holiday Inn Hotel. The organizers wanted to express their gratitude to their associates and partners, including our company.
G4S supports the Youth with Disabilities: A Community of Equal Opportunities, Knowledge and Practice
At the beginning of 2021, the Youth with Disabilities Forum launched the Platform, as an informal network for employers, in order to provide them with strategic support in the employment of persons with disabilities. The invitation we received reads, among other things: "Your commitment and conviction to share the same values provided us with inspiration for further work, as well as support to be persistent in achieving the ultimate goal - creating a society that provides equal opportunities to all citizens".
Our colleague Milan Trajković, Recruitment and Selection Manager, received the plaque and expressed his gratitude on behalf of G4S.
"We have 63 team members who are people with disabilities, which is a significant number for this industry. We will not stop here. We are honored to be able to give our contribution to a better society, as well as the opportunity for some great people to show and discover their potentials”, Milan concluded.
