G4S Secure Solutions Nigeria Limited being a multinational company is not allowed to own a manned security company in Nigeria by law, as a result G4S Secure Solutions Nigeria Limited has entered into a management agreement with AssetGuard Services Nigeria Limited; a one hundred percent Nigerian owned company.
 
The management agreement provides AssetGuard with technical expertise and global standards as well as access to G4S Plc’s technical and financial backing when necessary. The core business of AssetGuard Services Nigeria Ltd is the provision of manned guarding security solutions through skilled and highly trained personnel, utilizing international experience and local knowledge, supported by state-of-the-art technology.
