Job Outline
Security Officers protect the property, assets and staff of clients by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Duties include

- Protect client’s property, assets and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Observe signs of crime, vandalism and/or disorder and investigate disturbances.
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life and/or property.
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
- Patrol randomly or regularly buildings and perimeters.
- Control access at buildings and vehicle gates.
- Monitor alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
- Carrying out other duties as required.
Requirements
- A good command of English and Maltese.
- Valid Private Guard Licence issued by the Commissioner of Police.
- Clean police conduct.
- Preferably in possession of a valid driving license B.
