We understand that recruitment can be challenging, and finding the right person for your business takes time. With over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting Restart Scheme Participants back into work, we have a constantly refreshed pipeline of ambitious and skilled candidates ready to take up new roles locally. Our candidate pool is updated every two weeks.

Participants in the Restart Scheme receive coaching, mentoring, and training to become work-ready candidates for you. Eligible Participants have been unemployed for at least six months and are eager to embrace new sectors and learn new skills. Our sector-based and tailor-made support programmes can help create the workforce you need.

We offer ongoing support to ensure a perfect match between you and the Participant. This includes regular check-ins to ensure the relationship is working, your vacancies are filled, and future vacancies are planned and resourced according to your business needs.

Additionally, we provide travel support for the first month, including bus passes, bikes for work, and funds for clothing and PPE to ensure Participants are fully prepared for success.
