Christmas 2024 Bank Holiday Plan

To ensure optimal cash handling during the busy festive period of 21st December to 3rd January, please note the following service delivery plans:

Christmas Bank Holiday 2024

Christmas Eve & 27th December Services: These services are exclusively available for customers with existing contracts for these dates. We regret that we are unable to accommodate additional requests due to capacity constraints.
 
Sunday 29th December: Services can be requested for Sunday 29th December but will be subject to review to ensure they can be accommodated.
 
Bank Holiday Planner: The deadline for returning the planner was 11th October. Any planners received after this date will be subject to feasibility checks.
 
Changes, Extra Services, or Site Closures:  Submit a support ticket in Vista (or contact us via your usual method if you are not a Vista user).
 
New Business and New Sites: We will be unable to mobilise new services or sites between 10th December and 5th January without prior agreement by G4S . If you have a requirement for new services during this time, please submit a formal request via your Account Manager or Sales Executive.

Please note that booking services via our Vista portal using the Service Request button will give you the most up to date availability in your area.
