Celebrating Women in Security 2023

With diversity, equity and inclusion a key part of our people strategy, we were delighted to celebrate the contribution of the females that work across our business as part of this year’s Women in Security Awards 2023.

These awards, which take place on 14th September 2023 at Shakespeare’s Underglobe Theatre recognise and honour the accomplishments, value and contributions of women within the wider world of security.

Our security staff operate in varied roles across a diverse set of industries. The nomination process saw colleagues highlight inspirational females operating in different geographies, functions and markets. This truly reflected the diverse nature of security.

Everyone nominated was recognised in a celebratory session hosted by Managing Director, Tim Kendall and in a series of communications across our business. A full list of nominees is included below.

We are particularly delighted to recognise our finalist in the Frontline Security Officer category Jade Dyer. Jade is an event steward who works at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow. Jade’s quick thinking, bravery and professionalism helped prevent an attempted suicide at a recent concert.

Congratulations to all our nominees:-
