Kibe has a BSc in Architectural Technology from at the University of Brighton and an MSc FM gained at UCL, London.  Tasli has a BEng (Hons) in Architectural Environment Engineering and an MSc in Renewable Energy and Architecture from the University of Nottingham.

The pair were among more than 130 university applicants assessed for G4S FM’s new Graduate Programme.  Both candidates were exceptional applicants and now have permanent roles with G4S FM, including a 15-month structured development programme.

Over the next 18 months they will work across different contracts for a five-month period and also within the central teams at G4S FM head office in Banbury.  The graduates will experience all service streams within the business, as well as an overview of the role of a contract manager and how G4S FM teams interact with clients. 

Kibe has joined the team at the Nuffield Orthopedic Centre in Oxford. “I am gaining valuable insight into the industry, as well first-hand experience on a range of projects.  It’s great to see how innovation and technology in FM, coupled with excellent customer focus, can make a real difference to our clients.”

Tasli is working with the G4S FM team at Bayer’s UK & Ireland HQ in Newbury. “I am thrilled to be working here. This is my first experience of the management side of hard FM and I am also learning the key issues of soft FM. G4S has warmly welcomed me to the business, as has our client Bayer,  helping me adapt to both environments and work culture. I am excited about the future and thankful for this opportunity,” she said.

 “We are delighted to be able to offer these roles to young, enthusiastic graduates. Such programmes are a great way of improving productivity and profitability, while attracting fresh new talent in the FM sector,” said Ann Belton, G4S FM Learning and Development Trainer. 

“Our first two graduates are doing fantastically well and it’s great to see such positive female roles in a male-dominated sector.”

The appointments are part of a raft of learning and development opportunities at G4S FM. Earlier this year two higher apprentices were appointed and a Banbury and Bicester College student is being sponsored on his university degree.
