To see in the New Year, G4S Secure Solutions is set to provide security at Edinburgh’s famous Hogmanay celebrations, which is attended by over 75,000 revellers over three days.

The world-leading security company has been a constant presence at the event, since it began in 1993, providing a safe and secure environment for everyone in attendance.

G4S will provide 690 security officers, who will be present throughout the event, including 580 staff at the street party.

G4S Events Managing Director, Eric Alexander, said:

The evening starts off with the ever-popular Torchlight Procession and culminates in the renowned street party to see in the New Year, G4S is honoured to once again help secure this celebration.
