G4S Integrated Services, which specialises in providing integrated facilities management and specialist support services in critical environments, is pleased to announce that Roger Hawes has been appointed as Head of its Energy & Environmental business. The appointment further strengthens G4S’s technical competence within the Facilities Management (FM) sector adding to the Asset & Technical Project Management function established last year.
G4S Integrated services appoint environmental energy manager
As part of his remit Roger will be charged with bringing the G4S Integrated Services business in line with the required energy & environmental standards as well as reviewing the organisations Measurements and Testing capabilities in the FM sector.
Roger Hawes who has 30 years of experience as an energy manager and engineer, has extensive commercial and general management expertise having held senior posts in high profile energy and engineering organisations including UK Managing Director of Torpy EnViro, Director of Halcrow Group’s energy engineering business and most recently as Technical Director of Camco ESD.
In addition to his general energy and management training experience Roger is also a strategic advisor on the Carbon Reduction Commitment, the new climate change and energy saving scheme, including providing carbon management advice to both public and private sector organisations. Roger will join G4S Integrated Services in August.
