Neonie brings over 20 years’ experience in the security industry across a diverse range of portfolios including casino, aviation, and major sporting events. Her primary area of expertise is Integrated Security, with a particular focus on understanding the risk profile and threat environment for clients and ensuring operational solutions meet current and future needs. A highlight in her career is the collaborative mobilisation with Court Services Victoria resulting in the state-wide roll out of specialist Court Security Officers in line with recommendations from the Royal Commission into Family Violence.

Through this lens, Neonie has a deep understanding of the critical role the Human Resource function plays in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational development and performance.

Neonie oversees all aspects of the Human Resources operations, including talent management, learning and development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policy development. She plays a vital role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring that our employees are well-supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.

Neonie is a member of the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN) and is committed to connecting, supporting, and inspiring women in security across Australia.

Neonie was appointed the Director of Human Resources in 2023.
