Carol-Anne is an executive leader with over 25 years’ experience in operational management, business strategy and transformation as well as project and program delivery across the transport, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Carol-Anne has managed large teams to deliver high-risk, complex services on behalf of Government and the private sector across the country. Prior to joining G4S, Carol-Anne was the Deputy Secretary for the Regional and Outer Metropolitan division of Transport for NSW, where she oversaw an annual budget of $7 billion and 4,500 employees across 270 locations.

Carol-Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Melbourne Business School.

Carol-Anne was appointed the Director of Prisons in 2023.
